In the Falklands War, some civilians airfields was used too. For
example San Julian airport was BAM San Julian (Santa Cruz), the
home of the "Grupo 5 de Caza", a Skyhawk A-4C FAA Fighters Squadron
wich sunken the British ships "F-21 Antelope", "D-42 Coventry",
"LSD Sir Galahad" and seriously damaged the "F-12 Argonaut",
"LSD Sir Tristam" and "D-42 Glasgow". All this destruction without
missiles!!, using only 500 kg bombs because the long distance to the
theater of operations was so long that they only could carry two
500 kg bombs or one of 1,000 kg.

In the Falklands Islands we had use three bases, BAM Malvinas (near
Port Stanley), BAM Condor (Goose Green) and CANA Calderon (Isla Bordon,
I think Pebble for you).

In the continent just CANA Rio Grande, BAM Rio Gallegos, BAM Santa Cruz,
BAM Comodoro Rivadavia, BAM Trelew, CANA Usuahia and BAM San Julian was
used.
